It's a nice place to stay, well lit and great facilities. I am a bit disappointed in the maintenance though. Every time I have complained about something, they respond very quickly and then seem to make excuses and do as little as possible. I have yet to have my air conditioner filter changed. There is a rodent of some kind that often makes noises in my wall. Maintenance came up twice and has yet to do anything that I am aware of. They told me "Let us know if it happens again". Apart from that it has been a great experience.

This place is really good, the only issue I've had is with my AC it's not the best in the world and could really use some work. But Over all I'd live here again

Surprisingly quiet. Apartments that I have lived at in the past had thin walls and noisy neighbors. With the majority of residence here being college students I was afraid that it would be always noisy with loud parties and boom boxes. Even though I have noticed a few after party time fights in the parking lot, it has been surprisingly quiet here. I am very satisfied living here. I would like to see the maintenance staff be a little more vigilant on combating the ant problem. The carpenter ants have eaten away at many parts of the complex. These ants can destroy a property in a short amount of time. They have eaten the walls around my shower and the wood around my balcony.

It's a great place, the staff are very attentive, the location's excellent, you'll love living here.

Doing a wonderful job all my request have been meet in a timely basis the only thing I wish that when maintence enter that they take off their shoes or use shoe covers because it is a cross contamination issue, just think those shoes walk on grass and with the pet issue and other apartments that might not be as clean as mind and a lot of the newer cnmplexes abide by this rule. Thanks

Complex is slightly outdated, but the amazing management staff completely negates that fact.
